Corrugated cardboard corner protectors

We have a fully automated robot gluing line to construct corner and edge protectors for panel products - such as glass and plastic - capable of running 24hrs in 'lights-out' mode

Made from gluing two 2.5mm brown corrugated cardboard triangles each side of a 4.5mm thick cut-out centre section these fit neatly over any corner for panels between 4 and 6mm thickness. Measures 200 ✕ 200mm and middle section provides 50mm of protection. 

Tested over years supplying these into the printed glass trade we have now specified a Universal Robot and cool-melt gluing system to automatically glue these parts together for a strong and reliable corner protection system.

We use 200gsm corrugated cardboard to ensure rigid construction that won't fall apart while absorbing any impacts. We'd suggest also using our edge protectors all around your product, then further wrapping with sheets of corrugated and then taping or poly-wrapping for ultimate protection during shipping.
